PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and rationally control a volume of soil to be removed in a soil improvement method with earth removing. SOLUTION: In a construction control system to be applied when a soil improvement method for removing earth and sand equivalent to a grouting amount of soil improvement material is to be carried out, the detection of the depth, the number of revolutions, a penetration speed, a drawing speed and a grouting amount of soil improvement material of a screw rod is monitored, at the same time, an estimated amount of removing earth by the screw rod is calculated on the basis of the number of revolutions, and the estimated amount of the removing earth is monitored as an item of control. Then, the estimated amount of removing earth is compared with the grouting amount of soil improvement material to decide whether construction is good or not.
