摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in corrosion resistance after coating of the subject alloy material by incorporating an alloy material to be applied for coating which does not contain a lead pigment with a specified ratio of Cu. SOLUTION: A 6000 series Al alloy material contg., by mass, 0.2 to 2.0% Si and 0.1 to 1.6% Mg, selectively contg. one or more kinds of 0.005 to 1.0% Zn and 0.001 to 0.1% Ti, one or more kinds of 1 to 300 ppm B and 0.1 to 100 ppm Be and one or more kinds among <=1.0% Mn, <=0.3% Cr, <=0.15% Zr and <=0.15% V by 0.01 to 1.5% in total, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, is incorporated with 0.1 to 3.0% Cu. By the addition of Cu, the potential difference between a cathode part and an anode part in the Al alloy material is reduced to suppress the generation of corrosion under the coating film. Its corrosion resistance after coating such as filiform erosion resistance is improved. The addition of 0.1 to 6.0% Mg and 0.2 to 2.0% Si densifies corrosion products at the tip of the anode part to promote the action of Cu. It is suitable for the coating of the transporting materials of automobiles or the like.
