PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject system designed to previously predict industrial wastes to be produced from construction members in the design stage of a construction plan and integrate the result of the comparison of the above prediction with actually produced industrial wastes into the prediction of the next design stage. SOLUTION: This system works as follows: in a construction planning stage, construction work materials to be used in each of construction processes are extracted from an accumulated breakdown item information, the grand total amount of the construction work materials thus extracted is calculated, from which the respective amounts of derived wastes to be discharged are figured out, a specific construction work is selected based on such an order as to be greater in the amount mentioned above, and the respective amounts of wastes to be produced from the above construction work thus selected are predicted for each kind of the wastes; and then, based on the discarding rate of wastes set in the construction design stage, the respective amounts of wastes are predicted in the order of construction processes, and the predicted data and the corresponding actual data are put to document control, and the actual data is used as a base for setting the discarding rate of wastes in the next construction design stage.
