PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically carry a sphere with less electric power from a first plane to a second plane located higher. SOLUTION: This device has first and second arms 20a and 20b, holders 20c, a power section 20d, and first and second sphere guide members 20e and 20f. The first and second arms are attached to the rotation shaft R so that they orthogonally cross the shaft and that each arm extends in the opposite direction from each other, and each arm has the holder 20c for holding a sphere at the top. The arms rotate around the rotation shaft R so that the holders rotate in the circular locus S including a first position P1 lower than a first plane and a second position P2 higher than a second plane. The power section 20d makes the first and second arms rotate. The first sphere guide member 20e guides a sphere on the first plane into the holder coming to the first position P1, and the second sphere guide member 20f guides the sphere inside the holder coming to the second position P2 to the second plane.
