PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a soft bag self-standable without being supported by the hands when it is laid on knees or the ground and cover bodies are opened by openably/closably providing the flexible cover bodies on both the front and rear sides, and providing a rigid partition body between both cover bodies. SOLUTION: The whole cover bodies 1, 2 of a soft bag are formed into an oblong rectangular shape, and edge sections 1a-1d, 2a-2d are erected on individual sides to form a nearly U-shaped cross section. A plate made of a raw material such as a plastic or a metal having more rigidity than the texture of the cover bodies 1, 2 is covered with the same texture as that of the cover bodies 1, 2 to form a partition body 3. The lower end section 3a of the partition body 3 and the lower ends and edge sections 1b, 2b of the cover bodies 1, 2 are connected by sewing, fasteners 6 are provided on three edge sections 1a, 1c, 1d, 2a, 2c, 2d of the cover bodies 1, 2 except for the lower end sections and on three sides of the partition body 3 except for the lower end section 3a, and the cover bodies 1, 2 and the partition body 3 are made openable and closable.
