PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety protective device of robot driving device which stops a robot without running away, in case of a controller is software runaway, abnormality and the like, or a servo amplifier failure and the like. SOLUTION: This safety protective device is composed by connecting an excessive instruction voltage processing circuit 6 between the D/A board 3 of a robot controller 1 and a servo amplifier 4, and when an excessive instruction voltage is put out from the D/A board 3, the relay 7 of the D/A board excessive instruction voltage processing circuit 6 is operated, and a reverse voltage for exponentially attenuating is fed to the servo amplifier 4, so as to stop a servo motor 5.
