PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate wiring by forming a recess along the axial direction of a rotary shaft on a part of an outer periphery of the rotary shaft used for a center of revolute joint, and wiring cables along the recess. SOLUTION: A central hole 17d of a radial bearing 17 has a diameter equal to or larger than a diameter of a rotary shaft 12. Thereby, the connectors 15, 16 at both ends of a cable 14 can easily be inserted into the central hole 17d. After the cable 14 is inserted into the radial bearing 17, the cable is easily inserted into a recess 13 formed on an outer periphery of a rotary shaft 12 for wiring. The cable 14 connected with both end connectors 15, 16 in advance can easily be wired along the recess 13 of the rotary shaft 12. Further, the cable 14 can be prevented from projecting from the recess 13 by press fitting an inner ring 17a of the radial bearing 17 to the outer periphery of the rotary shaft 12.
