PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device wherein a proper and secure fixing is easily and quickly realizable. SOLUTION: A sleeve 2 being fitted in an elongative member and provided with a slidable groove 4 along a slot is included in a fixing device 1 for fixing this elongative member to a flat plate 8 equipped with this slot leading to one edge. Since a ring 14 loaded by a spring is shiftable along the sleeve 2, it is possible to be adapted to the plate attached with the slot in the inner part of the groove 4, therefore the ring 14 is biased so as to be engaged with a projection 12 on top of the plate 8. |
