PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the positional shift of an outer peripheral ring by the fitting hole employed in the screw stop of the outer peripheral ring along with a positioning pin and to attach the outer peripheral ring to a constant position by a screw or to detach the same therefrom even if a difference is generated in the attaching dimension of a disc and the outer peripheral ring caused by thermal expansion. SOLUTION: A stamper is brought into contact with the surface of the disc within the mold closing plane of the base mold 1 of an injection mold and fixed by the inner and outer peripheral rings 5, 8 provided to the central part and outer peripheral surface of the disc. Positioning pins 10 and the fitting holes 11 corresponding to them are provided to either one of the outer peripheral ring contact surface of the disc and the outer peripheral ring 8 at the same positions at a constant interval. The fitting holes 11 are formed so as to become long in the radial direction of the disc to make it possible to perform the positioning of the outer peripheral ring 8 by the fitting of the positioning pins 10 and the fitting holes 11 without being affected by the attaching dimensional difference in the radial direction caused by the thermal expansion of the disc.
