PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing mechanism for eliminating lubricating oil, for generating sufficient radial dynamic pressure even in a relatively low speed region, and facilitating surface working for generating radial dynamic pressure, and being manufactured inexpensively. SOLUTION: Dispersive fine irregularities are dispersively formed and surface- roughened on at least one side (hereinafter referred to as a roughened surface) of the outer peripheral surface 2a of a first member 2 and the inner peripheral surface 3a of a second member 3 facing with a bearing gap G there between, to adjust the center line mean roughness in a range of 0.1μm-1.0μm. Since the sufficient radial dynamic pressure can be generated by relatively low rotation speed according to this constitution, time in a dynamic pressure shortage condition can be shortened at the time of the start or stop of a rotation mechanism, to make member wear hard unoccur in a bearing part. |
