PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete molding plate-tiled execution joint filler capable of being easily manufactured in consideration for the adjustment of cement wash absorption based on condition such as size of a tile, thickness, joint inter val or the like. SOLUTION: A sheet-like structure 1 having high water absorbing fiber 2 as main composition is constituted of mixed spinning obtained by mixing water absorption adjusting fiber 3 with the high water absorbing fiber 2 at the favourable ratio. Water content of cement wash in cement is absorbed by the sheet-like structure 1. A plastic foam body 4 is connected over the whole surface of the sheet-like structure 1 to promote molding efficiency to a required form of joint filler by penetration work or the like, volume expansion change of the sheet-like structure 1 is properly controlled by the plastic foam body 4 and, at the same time, it is adhered to the side of a tile by elastic deformation of the plastic foam body 4, and a packing function for preventing the leakage of the cement wash is provided.
