PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the form work by using PC for a foundation slab portion supporting PC foundation beam members in a mat foundation thereby decreasing the volume of cast-in-place concrete. SOLUTION: A PC mat foundation comprises a plurality of holes 21 arranged on straight lines in a central portion and in slightly inner portions from the periphery of a main body portion made of PC having a quadrangle flat slab shape, horizontal reinforcing bars 22 arranged longitudinally and transversely penetrating through the main body portion 20 and slightly projected out from the outer periphery at least one side, auxiliary reinforcing bars 23, and jointing reinforcing bars 24 jointing near the tips of these. And after combining these reinforcing bar portions, concrete is placed and the PC foundation slab is connected in a horizontal direction.
