SOLUTION: This thermal insulation woven fabric is obtained by weaving highly flexible hollow microtubes such as polyvinyl chloride or rubber ones each <=1.5 mm in diameter as wefts 1 and silk yarns, cotton yarns or worsted yarns as warps 2.
