PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and accurately execute measurement for dilution in a subplant. SOLUTION: An automatic dilution device is equipped with an undiluted solution supply channel 2 as a supply channel of a grout undiluted solution, a diluted solution supply channel 5 connected to the undiluted solution supply channel 2 and used as a supply channel of diluted solution, an undiluted solution measuring valve 4 provided to the undiluted supply channel 2, a diluted solution measuring valve 6 provided to the diluted solution supply channel 5 and a grout channel 11 used as a channel for grout undiluted solution and diluted solution measured by the undiluted solution measuring valve 4 and diluted solution measuring valve 6. It is constituted of a flowmeter 12 for measuring outflow of the grout undiluted solution and diluted solution and a control panel 3 controlling openings of the undiluted solution measuring valve 4 and diluted solution measuring valve 6 and measuring a required amount of the ground undiluted solution and diluted solution.
