PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment and detachment of a fishing rod and reduce a projection part in a holding part of a fishing rod-supporting tool. SOLUTION: A holding part is used for nipping a fishing rod RD by attaching the fishing rod RD to a first member 12 and fixing a second member 13 from the upper part. First and second hinge parts 12a and 13a are each formed in one ends of first and second members 12 and 13. The hinge part 12a has a through hole 12b formed in the axial direction of fishing rod RD. The second hinge part 13a is fitted into a first hinge part 12a and a second through hole 13b capable of communicating with the first through hole 12b is formed. A third through hole 13c is formed in the lower part of the second through hole 13b. The first member 12 can be connected to the second member 13 so as to enable free oscillation by inserting a pin into the first and second through holes 12b and 13b.
