<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart the climbing-over preventing function to improve the safety and to add the handrail function by protrusively providing a projection part having a handrail part at the tip extending from the upper end of the face member of a fence toward the indoor side. SOLUTION: A plurality of fence poles 5 is stood on a fence block 40 at prescribed intervals, and a face member 2 is stuck to the indoor side to constitute a fence 1. The face member 2 is formed by integrally assembling a lattice panel 8, an upper frame 9, and a lower frame 10, and the lower frame 10 is supported by the lower parts of the fence poles 5. A projection part 3 is integrally provided on the upper frame 9 toward the indoor side, and a handrail part 4 is provided at the tip of the projection part 3. The projection part 3 is inclined obliquely upward toward the indoor, and protruded to the position higher than the upper frame 9 and recessed to the indoor side from the upper frame 9. The handrail part 4 is arranged over substantially the whole lateral length of the face member 2, and it is formed into a horizontal circular pipe shape. According to this, the climbing-over is prevented to eliminate the danger of falling to the outdoor side, and the safety can be enhanced.</p> |
