PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation smoothness of a movable element by forming a cross section orthogonally crossing the operating direction of the movable element into a circular shape. SOLUTION: A cross section orthogonally crossing the operating direction of a plate type movable element P held inside a movable space formed in an iron core is formed into a circular shape around a locking part to a connection rod DS. On the inside face in an extension part 10c1 of a long leg part serving as a side yoke, a curved face part 10c2 with a circular arc cross section part is formed so that the outside face P1 of the movable element P is brought close to the curved face part 10c2. In this way, as the cross section of the movable element P is formed into a circular shape, a clearance between the outside face P1 of the movable element P and the inside face of an iron core forming a movable space, that is, a clearance between the outside face P1 of the movable element P and the curved face part 10c2 does not change even if the movable element P is turned around the connection rod DS. Therefore, a problem such as increase in operation resistance related to an intake exhaust valve opening/closing action due to contact between the outside face P1 of the movable element P and the curved face part 10c2 can be solved by a simple structure.
