PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable resin long toothed belt capable of supressing the generation of sound and speed variations during travel, and being manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: A tooth surface canvas 7 is woven with warp along the longitudinal direction of a belt and weft across the width of the belt, and when the thickness of warp and weft is 30 to 100 denier, the density of weft is 100 to 150 pieces/3 cm, and the density of warp is 50 to 130 pieces/3 cm, resin does not ooze out even when the canvas is in a state of a dyeing web. Further, a backface canvas 8 is woven with warp along the longitudinal direction of the belt and weft across the width of the belt, and thus it is desirable for the improvement of durability that the thickness of warp and weft is taken as 30 to 100 denier, the density of weft 80 to 200 pieces/3 cm, and the density of warp 100 to 150 pieces/3 cm. Besides, plural teeth are arranged across the width of the belt, and these teeth are arranged so as to be shifted by a half- tooth pitch.
