PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash sheave-cum-clamper for aluminum sash of excellent workability completing fitting of the sash sheave only by driving a member rotatably provided with the sash sheave into the sill of the sash. SOLUTION: A driving type fitting construction 12 is constituted on the lower end of the base plate part 11 of a fixed member 1. A sash sheave 3 is rotationally movably provided on a slide member 2 slidably supported in the longitudinal direction against the sliding guides 12,12 of the base plate part 11. A sash sheave outgoing/retreating quantity regulating mechanism 5 threadedly joiningly connecting between a female screw 14 constituted on the fixed member 1 and a bearing hole 24 constituted on the slide member 2 through a regulating screw 4 is constituted, and by rotational movement of the regulating screw 4, the relative position of the slide member 2 in the longitudinal direction against the fixed member 1 is displaced to regulate the outgoing/retreating quantity of the sash sheave 3.
