PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of taking out a storage substance such as a sludge from a storage hopper with a uniform quantity. SOLUTION: An extrusion shaft 2 of a cake in which a large number of paddles 2a are provided on an outer periphery of a bottom portion of a storage hopper 1 is arranged in parallel on the bottom portion of the storage hopper 1 of sludge or the like and one end of the extrusion shaft 2 is outwardly projected from a bottom portion side wall of the storage hopper 1. A screw 4 for conveying a cake is provided below the projection and a baffle plate 5 of which a lower edge 5b is upwardly apart from an outer periphery of the paddle 2a of the extrusion shaft 2 and which is apart from an inner wall surface parallel to an inner wall surface of the storage hopper 1 is provided at the inside of the storage hopper 1 at the projection of the extrusion shaft 2. It is prevented that the cake is urged to an inner side of an upper portion of a discharge port by the baffle plate and the cake can be uniformly taken out.
