PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a group of pallets having different positions for inserting forks when a group of pallets are once lifted up and is loaded on a load- carrying platform of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A pallet loading device is provided with fixed forks 9a, 9b fixed to a body support portion 3 and movable forks 11a-11d movably provided on the body support portion 3. The fixed forks 9a, 9b and the movable forks 11a-11d are inserted to openings for supporting pallets arranged in one direction 40 and a plurality of pallets are lifted up at the same time and are loaded on a load-carrying platform of a vehicle. The movable forks 11a-11d include divided forks 13a-13d divided in one direction 40 and the forks are provided with a photoelectric sensor for detecting an opening position for supporting pallets. The forks positioned art an outer side from a rear end of the load- carrying platform of a truck has a turning driving means turned and upwardly directed.
