PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the feeding amount of a liquid to an automatic packaging machine by eliminating air bubbles which are generated after a heat- sterilization, and eliminate an unevenness in the filling amount to be seal- packaged by providing an air discharging port for gas-purging equipped with a filter, on a stabilization tank which temporarily stores and stabilizes the heat-sterilized liquid. SOLUTION: A stabilization tank 5 is provided between a heat-sterilizing machine 4 and an automatic packaging machine 1, and the heat-sterilizing machine 4 and the stabilization tank 5 are connected with a feeding pipe P2, and an air discharging port 6 for gas purging, having a filter 6', is attached to the stabilization tank 5. In addition, a leveler 7 for water level detection and a first pump 3 are connected with a communication wire F1, and the stabilization tank 5 is constituted in such a manner that a water level in the tank 5 is always kept uniform or is changed to a desired level by the increase/ decrease control. Therefore, in the stabilization tank 5, a heated liquid is suppressed from generating bubbles, and at the same time, the storage amount is always kept uniform by the water level leveler 7, and the filling-feeding amount to the automatic packaging machine 1 can be made uniform.
