PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper box for, packaging which is capable of protecting a product from shocks, improving the working efficiency during the production, and facilitating the control. SOLUTION: Valley-folding lines 16, 17 are formed at the center of right and left side walls 2, 4, and the right and left side walls 2, 4 are maintained in the inwardly folded condition at the center by closing a lid flap 10 and a bottom flap 14. When shocks are applied to a packaging paper box 20, the right and left side walls 2, 4 are folded at the center to absorb the shocks.
