PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle and a plastic bottle with handle being free from fears of insufficient strength of the bottle or of attachment of the handle which are liable to occur in a conventional plastic bottle with handle in a circumstances where the wall of the bottle at the lower side of the lower attachment arm of the handle becomes extremely thin to easily produce holes. SOLUTION: For a handle equipped with a grip part 31 and attachment arms 32 and 33 extending laterally respectively from the upper and lower ends of the grip part 31, a flange 4 being protuberant continuously from the upside to both sides at the front of the lower attachment arm 33 is formed while no protuberant part is formed at the underside of the front of the lower attachment arm 33.
