CONCRETE FORM PANEL AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form panel having a large mechanical strength and an excellent economy without necessity of mounting a sticker and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a concrete form panel comprises the steps of heating and pressing a molding raw material 6 obtained by adding a binder to fibrillated fibers obtained by dry fibrillating a raw material containing waste paper as a main component under predetermined conditions, and then integrally molding a panel-like molding (concrete form panel) 5a(5) having a panel body 1 and a band-like thick part 4 functioned as a reinforcing rib provided on one surface 2 of the panel body 1.
