PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time lag of restart timing of an engine. SOLUTION: An electric fuel pump 32 which supplies a fuel injection valve 34 with fuel is continuously driven and controlled until a predetermined period passes even if a kill switch is turned ON and engine 21 is stopped. When a start switch is turned ON within the predetermined period and the engine 21 is restarted using a self-starting motor, a fuel pressure is still in a rising state, whereby a delay (time lag) of start timing of the engine 21 is reduced.
