PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify positioning of three members including an accelerator bracket, an accelerator pedal cover, and an accelerator boot cover in an accelerator pedal device. SOLUTION: An engaging nail portion 11d is formed on the top portion of an accelerator pedal 11. The engaging nail portion 11d is fitted into a bag- like portion 17a formed in a rubber accelerator boot cover 17. An engaging projection portion 17b of the accelerator boot cover 17 formed through engagement of the engaging nail portion 11d is engaged in an engaging hole 16a of an accelerator pedal cover 16, forming a positioning portion.
