PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a ventilated brake disc at a low cost by integrating two annular plate members formed of stainless steel, with a space member interposed between both annular plate members, through a nickel binder, and heating them to austenitize each member. SOLUTION: A bicycle brake disc 22 detachably fixed to a disc support member 26 connected to a hub 24 of a wheel 16, by eight fasteners 28, for instance, is constituted by interposing and integrating an annular space member 32 formed in currugated shape so as to have recesses and protrusions in a circumferential direction, between a pair of annular plate members 30 with a plurality of mounting parts 36 protruded inward at equal spaces. In this case, each annular member 30 is connected to the space member 32 through a nickel binder, and an obtained connected unit is subjected to heat treatment. Stainless steel which is the material of each constituent member is therefore changed into austenite crystal structure to improve hardness.
