PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to confirm the optimum connection of a mutual connection cable in an imaging system. SOLUTION: In a confirmation system 108 of one embodiment, a confirmation system 112 changes patterns supplied from an electrocardiogram (EKG) subsystem 100 to confirm the action of mutual connection cable 104. More clearly, the continuity of the mutual connection cable is confirmed by returning a received pattern from the EKG subsystem to the EKG subsystem via a confirmation circuit. When the pattern coincides with a prescribed pattern, a confirmation signal is generated to indicate the optimum cable connection. to be accurately measured, it was hard to measure by X-ray imaging.
