PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the lateral leakage of urine, etc., from around the leg parts and to produce wearing articles at a high speed. SOLUTION: Outer parts 10b of rising belt materials 10 are adhered to outside surface side sheets 2 and the inner parts 10a are adhered to the skin surface side sheets 3 in the right and left side parts on the skin surface side of the wearing articles 1 (15) in a developed state, by which the non-adhesive areas B of the rising belt materials, are made to rise to a peak shape peaking at the portions of elastic bodies 11 at nearly the center in front view when the wearing articles 1 (15) are held in a three-dimensional use state.
