PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device capable of imaging an artery and a vein clearly discriminating one to the other loading little on the subject. SOLUTION: The measurement light L is made incident on a subject 22 and scanned by an X-Y stage 23. The measurement light L is branched into two lines by a homodyne interference optical system and each measurement light is made incident on a subject 20 in mutually different angles and reflected two lines of measurement light are synthesized. A part of the measurement light L before incidence on the subject 20 is branched by a heterodyne interference optical system 12 and a frequency shift is given thereto by a frequency shifter 40 and is synthesized with the measurement light L from the homodyne interference optical system 11. The synthesized measurement light is detected by a light-intercepting element 13 and the beat component is detected by a signal detector 14. Image signals are generated by a personal computer 15 based on the large-small relation between the frequency of the beat component by the homodyne interference optical system 11 showed by beat signal I from the signal detector 14 and a prescribed threshold value.
