PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane truck with crane frame and outrigger positioned upright on any inclined place, with the crane frame rotation made adjustable, and allowing safe operations. SOLUTION: A truck for transporting cargos for a monorail carriage grasps a rail and runs on the rail upon getting a thrust force in engagement with a rack or hole provided on/in the rail, wherein a crane 6 equipped with a revolving function and hoist function is installed on the truck, and a rotation device to operate the crane frame in the advancing direction at any desired angle is installed on the frame or a loading space of this truck, and the frame is fitted with an outrigger 8 to expand and contract vertically and laterally so as to maintain the stability of the truck, wherein the outrigger 8 is interlocked with the rotation device.
