PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cataplasm excellent in percutaneous absorbability of medicament(s) selected from among bufexamac, felbinac and ketoprofen, and bearing a hydrous paste of high tackiness and low skin irritancy. SOLUTION: This cataplasm is characterized by being obtained by incorporating 0.1-10 wt.% of at least one kind of medicament selected from among bufexamac, felbinac and ketoprofen in a hydrous paste of pH 4.0-7.0 comprising 2-50 wt.% of a water-soluble polymeric material having in the molecule carboxyl group and/or hydroxyl group and/or a salt thereof, 0.01-1 wt.% of amino acid- aluminum complex and/or synthetic hydrotalcite, and 20-97.89 wt.% of water.
