PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the stacking time interval in stacking and storing a plurality of paper sheets with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A movable tray 5 and a stopper 6 are arranged between a discharge port and a paper discharge tray 3 in a printer 1, one end of the movable tray 5 is fixed to a circumferential surface of a winding roller 7, and both end parts parallel to the paper-discharging direction of the movable tray 5 are fitted in a guide groove 14 parallel to the paper discharge tray 3. When the winding roller 7 is rotated in the direction of an arrow C, the movable tray 5 is wound around the winding roller 7, and the movable tray 5 is retracted from an upper surface of the paper discharge tray 3. When the winding roller 7 is rotated in the direction of an arrow D, the movable tray 5 wound around the winding roller 7 is exposed on the upper surface of the paper discharge tray 3 along the guide groove 14. By controlling the winding roller 7 according to the paper sheet discharge timing, the discharge paper sheet is stored on the paper discharge tray 3 in a lower part via the movable tray 5 exposed on the upper surface of the paper sheet tray 3.
