PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid generation of excessive thermal stress even at the time when a temperature difference of both of fluid to be mixed becomes large and to hold desirable temperature by stabilizing mixed fluid even when a flow rate of the fluid to be mixed increases. SOLUTION: A main flow piping 1 to guide one fluid is furnished with a cylindrical container 2 forming a ring space. The ring space constitutes a fluid chamber 4 for the other fluid. Nozzles 5 are installed in a plural number of holes formed on the main flow piping 1 in the inside of the cylindrical container 2. A branch piping 6 to guide the other fluid to be mixed is connected to an opening 3 of the cylindrical container 2. Four pieces of the nozzles 5 are arranged on the same circumference with equal intervals, and the fluid spouts out from each of directions along a mixing area 7 in the inside of the main flow piping 1.
