PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper slewing body for a construction machine which improves the workability in the maintenance or the like for a hydraulic equipment supported by a bracket without lowering the strength of a bracket supporting the hydraulic equipment. SOLUTION: In an upper slewing body of a construction machine equipped with a bracket 1 supporting a hydraulic equipment, a bracket 1 comprises a plurality of support members. Then, the supporting members have support portions 2c, 5c and legs 2b, 5b extended in one direction from the bottom end of each support portion and a plurality of the support portions are connected to the hydraulic equipment in such a manner that the extending directions of the leg portions 2b, 5b are respectively different each other.
