PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered biaxially stretched polypropylene film for packaging using a non-chlorine type part coat agent strongly bonded to a biaxially stretched polypropylene film and having high low temp. heat-sealing strength. SOLUTION: A maltilayered film is constituted by forming an ethylenic resin layer on the single surface of a biaxially stretched polypropylene film and further forming a non-chlorine type part coat layer on the surface thereof and a packaging bag is produced from the multilayered film. As the ethylenic resin, polyethylene, an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer or a metal ion neutralized matter thereof is pref. and, as the part coat agent, an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer or an acrylic resin is pref.
