PURPOSE: An ultra-speedy fermentation dryer is provided to reuse food waste and organic waste as good-quality fertilizer of feed in a short time, and to improve the productivity by combining an apparatus to produce and an apparatus to supply soil microbes. CONSTITUTION: The fermentation dryer comprises a fermentation drying tank(50) on a lower part for fermenting and drying organic waste and food waste; a hot-air supplying device for supplying a fermentation and drying condition by generating hot-air of a predetermined temperature; a stirring device(2); a microbe culturing device according to the fermentation temperature conduced by the hot-air from the hot-air supplying device; a microbe supplying device(25) for supplying the microbes to the fermentation drying tank(50).
