PURPOSE: A brucellosis diagnostic reagent and kit using latex bead are provided to minimize national financial loss by reducing the number of cattle butchered by misdiagnosis through an easy and exact latex agglutination test. CONSTITUTION: A brucellosis diagnostic kit using latex bead includes a latex bead reducing brucella abortus antigen, U-shaped reaction zone of polyethylene material , serum diluted solution having tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution(pH 7.4) of 0.1M containing sodium chloride of 300mM, standard positive serum of stock, which is diagnosed as positive in brucellosis and standard negative serum of stock, which is diagnosed as negative in brucellosis.
