PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled release paper by under coating a coating agent on the surface of release paper using paper and a synthetic film such as polyethylene or polyester as raw material is provided. Whereby, the obtained release paper by using a solventless silicon solution has a silicon content of 0.4g/m¬2, preferably 0.4 to 1.8g/m¬2 and much preferably 0.4 to 0.8g/m¬2. CONSTITUTION: This release paper is prepared by the process consisting of: under-coating a mixed solution of 20 to 90% by weight of a mixed solution of 10 to 50g polyvinyl alcohol, 100g water and 80 to 10% by weight of ethylenevinylacetate on the surface of release paper made of paper; silicon-coating the under coated release paper with a solventless silicon solution; and surface-treating the release paper surface with a knife blade(10) having a hardness of 30 to 95 degrees and prepared using urethane resin.
