PURPOSE: A laminating machine for a PCB is provided to automatically adhere, coat a film on both surfaces of a substrate, and to cut the adhered film by a size of a panel. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor(10) conveys a panel conveyed from a preheating device. The conveyor(10) includes a plurality of conveying rolls(11) and a guide plate(12). The conveyor(10) controls a location of the panel according to a signal of a sensor(22). A controller(20) controls a conveying of the panel. A film feed unit(30) feeds a power to a film feed roll(32). The film feed roll(32) operates by a power and is pressed to a racing roll(33) to feed a film by force. The discharge conveyor(80) conveys a substrate(101) which coats a film. A moving guide plate is installed at a conveyor belt(81). An arranging means(90) is installed at an end of a discharge conveyor(80).
