PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for separating vinyl pieces and adulterate materials from food wastes held in vinyl bags, which prevents environmental pollution caused by the food wastes. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a plastic bag feeding device(2) where kinds of food wastes in plastic bags are put in, a remnant feeding device(3) installed at the upper part of the plastic bag to be opened and shut, a quantitative supply device(4) installed at a venturi right below the bag feeding device, a plastic bag cutting device(5), a vinyl removing device(6) separating vinyl pieces from the cut wastes and incline removing the pieces upward, a brush roller(7) installed next to a top roller of the vinyl removing device for taking away the vinyl pieces caught by a catch ring of the device or removed on the belt, a screen of fine mesh installed right below the vinyl removing device and the brush roller to move the separated vinyl pieces to a conveyor(9), an oscillation screen(10) placed right below the vinyl removal device for sorting out adulterate materials from the cut wastes, an incline collection tank(11) guiding the sorted food wastes toward a bucket conveyor, and the bucket conveyor(12) removing the guided food wastes upward to reprocess the wastes.
