PURPOSE: An IC product automatic multiple sorter is provided to reduce a cost and a weight and also to perform an IC sorting work efficiently by removing a centering part by arranging each part efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A tray on loader part(10) and a tray off loader part are installed on one side of a board loader part(2), and a reject line and a good line are set in front and rear of the center part. A X-Y table and a tray transfer are installed between the tray on loader part and the tray off loader part, and a DC test part(6) and a remove pocket part are installed on an upper part thereof. A DC reject tray and a reject tray and a bin reject tray are installed on one side of the tray off loader part, and a sorting robot is installed on an upper part thereof. A number of transfer tools are installed on an upper part of a body(1), and the first transfer tool is transferred from the tray on loader part to the DC test part, and the second transfer tool is transferred from the remove pocket part to the off tray loader part, and the third transfer tool is transferred from the DC test part to a board part, and the fourth transfer tool is transferred from the board part to the remove pocket part. The fifth sorting tool is transferred from the DC test part to the sorting part or the DC reject part.
