PURPOSE: A maintaining apparatus for the height of an automobile frame is provided to reduce the number of producing processes and to improve fuel efficiency during a traveling by regularly maintaining automobile frame height even if a load is increased. CONSTITUTION: An automobile frame height maintaining apparatus consists of an outer cylinder(23) fixed to the opposite position of a tire(22) on a frame(21) and flowing external air to an internal space by installing a valve plate(33) in a lower portion; an inner cylinder(24) fixed to the frame with a check valve(34) discharging compressed air inside; and a piston(25) reciprocating in a space between the outer and the inner cylinder from a vehicle axis with a valve device pumping air upward. When cargoes are loaded on a vehicle, the piston compresses the upper space and a spool(36) closes a channel. While traveling, the piston is vertically moved to increase the height of the automobile frame. When the automobile frame height reaches a regular position, the piston stops moving upward since the check valve is exposed from the piston and compressed air is discharged to the upper portion.
