PURPOSE: A telephone integral sound device is provided to store a present operation mode and to convert the operation mode into a speech mode if a call request signal is detected, and to make a call by using a speaker and a microphone, so as to enhance a convenience of a voice speech. CONSTITUTION: A signal state detector(20) detects a call request signal, and informs a controller(30) of the call request signal. The controller(30) stores a present operation mode in a memory(40). If rings are outputted though a speaker(Sp), the controller(30) counts the rings detected by the signal state detector(20). If a ring count value is over a constant frequency, the controller(30) performs an initialization process for performing a voice speech mode, then performs a voice speech. The signal state detector(20) monitors a signal state change of an external telephone line, and detects a call end signal. The controller(30) restores a sound device state to the operation mode.
