PURPOSE: Seat balance maintaining system for a vehicle is provided to utilize horizontal adjustment and armrest of a seat as a protection guide. CONSTITUTION: An armrest retains a bent guider extending passing through a seat frame and the guider is movably arranged by passing through a rising amateur fixed inside the seat frame. A height compensating instrument elastically installs a piston in a front end of the guider penetrating a solenoid as an elevating solenoid for raising the armrest by magnetic force of ascending solenoid. During rotating of vehicle, horizontal adjustment is automatically performed. An ECU(electronic control unit) turns on one of third switching elements. A corresponding seat frame(2) is slightly inclined in a reverse direction to the tilting of the vehicle. The fourth switching element turns on pilot valve(33a) to selectively operate. Further a corresponding armrest(3) accompanies rising movement of a corresponding piston(29a) to be protrude a from the corresponding seat frame(2).
