Oxime derivatives represented by general formula (1) and having excellent plant disease controlling effects and insecticidal and acaricidal activities: wherein R<1> is optionally substituted C1-C10 alkyl or the like; one of U and V is CR<2> and the other is CH or N, and W is CR<3> or N (wherein R<2> and R<3> are each independently hydrogen, halogeno, C1-C6 alkyl, or the like); and Y is oxygen or NH.
