PURPOSE: A dried pepper stem cutter is provided to reduce labor, shorten work time and enhance work efficiency by automating the work for cutting dried pepper stem. CONSTITUTION: The dried pepper stem cutter consists of: i) a supply part comprising a feed hopper(2) at the top of a body(1), a feed roller(3) at the bottom of the feed hopper(2), a screw(5) at the bottom of the feed roller(3), a feed roller(4) at the bottom of the screw(5), a sliding plate(6) at a side of the feed roller(4), and a feed roller(7) at the bottom of the sliding plate(6); and ii) a cutting part comprising a conveyor belt(8) formed with projections(9), a collision plate inside the a stand plate(10), a guide plate at both sides of the collision plate, a guide plate(12) at both sides of the body(1), and circular knives(13).
