PURPOSE: A disposable RF card dispensing machine is provided, which RF card is such that the information is recorded and read on the card by noncontact method. CONSTITUTION: The disposable RF card dispensing machine comprises a RF card dispensing device(30) comprising a card storing part, a RF antenna board(38) which is set in the delivery path of RF cards(20), reads the RF cards by noncontact method and records the fare information, a RF card dispensing hole which receives the RF antenna board and delivers the RF cards from the card storing part to the dispensing hole(34), and a sensing part which is set the delivery path of RF cards and senses the disorder of the delivered RF card; and a RF card dispensing circuit comprising a main control part which records the fare information to the RF card through the RF antenna board(38) according to the input information from a key input part and a coin treatment part, reads the recorded information, verifies the error of the information, and controls the normal RF card to be dispensed and the abnormal RF card not to be dispensed, and a RF card treatment part which records and reads the fare information on the RF card by noncontact method according to the control of the main control part, and dispenses the RF card when it is normal and does not dispenses the RF card when it is abnormal.
