PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker which can easily heat-cook even an object to be cooked which explodes by heating. SOLUTION: To an approx. box-shape main body case 2 wherein a cooking chamber 3 is partitioned inside, and an opening is opened on the front surface, a lid body which can open/close the opening, is axially supported so that the lid body can be rotated. A plurality of heaters 15 are arranged in the cooking chamber 3, and a mounting base 11 on which an object to be cooked is mounted, is arranged. Above the mounting base 11, a container 21 which is formed into an approx. cylindrical shape of a mesh member, is rotatably and detachably arranged. An object to be cooked which may explode by heating such as beans, chestnut or corn, is housed in a cooking space in the container 21, and the object is cooked while being rotated and stirred. Even if the object to be cooked explodes, the inside of the cooking chamber 3 can be prevented from being fouled, and even explosive objects to be cooked can be easily heat-cooked. By the rotation, the heating can be approx. uniformly performed, and the cooking can be favorably performed.
